Moving home and looking to stop your service? Complete the form below and we'll get you on your way.

Guide to moving home

Kindly organise your move out at least 3 business days into the future.

If you’ll need electricity on moving day, make sure your nominated move-out date is the day after you leave. That way you won’t be packing boxes by torchlight.

We'll need to know the date you are moving out (service stopped) and contact details so we can send you your final bill

You are responsible for all energy consumed at your premises up to the confirmed move-out date. Your final bill with a $50 disconnection fee per utility will be issued after your move-out date as part of the next billing cycle.

You don’t need to do anything. As part of your move out, we’ll arrange for a technician to attend the property to disconnect the power and take a final meter reading. This ensures you’re only billed up to the date you requested the service to end.
